- Is ZooTools free?
ZooTools's core features are free to use. You can enjoy additional features by upgrading to paid plans.
- Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime. You'll still have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. Then you'll be moved back to the free plan.
- Can I upgrade for a single month?
Yes, you can upgrade with a monthly plan. While the billing is recurring, you can cancel at any time.
- I'm already using a different email marketing or form tool, can I easily switch to ZooTools?
Absolutely! We've dedicated support teams that will help you out on your migration. Both importing your current subscribers into ZooTools as well as setting up your forms and automations.
- Can I choose the starter Plan now and upgrade to the Growth Plan at a later date?
Yes! You can even upgrade halfway through your billing cycle and only pay the difference!
- What happens if I buy a plan and exceed the users limit?
Nothing happens! Unlike other companies, ZooTools will keep storing any new users you add to your list so you don't miss anyone. You will be prompted to upgrade your account to unlock all the users.
- What is a contact?
A user is anyone who has signed up for your list or you have imported. Typically, one email is one user. For the Web3 companies, one wallet address is one user.
